All technological processes in the entire production process are subject to permanent quality control, from semi-finished product to the final production step, and are adapted in good time as required.
From semi-finished product to the final drawing steps, VOL-Stahl controls the entire manufacturing process. In order to classify the profiles as finished, all products pass through several test stations. This procedure guarantees that defective products which do not meet the customer's requirements are detected and immediately eliminated.
All business processes of the company comply with the international quality standard ISO 9001:2015. We are also certified in accordance with ISO 16949 for the automotive industry.
